How long does delivery take in Nairobi?
We offer Same Day Pickup (FREE, order before 2pm), Express Delivery (1-2 business days, from KSh 500), and Fast Delivery (1-5 business days, from KSh 300). Free delivery for orders above KSh 70,000 (incl. tax) within Nairobi CBD.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfers, and cash on delivery within Nairobi.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
